The Chinese Dota 2 team Elephant has announced that Bai "rOtK" Fan joined them to become the roster’s head coach. Meanwhile Chen "Xz" Zezhi will remain the team’s assistant coach.

RotK is a 29-years-old former player, who switched to coaching in 2017. Most recently he worked for Vici Gaming and managed to help the team to win EPICENTER Major 2019 and DreamLeague Season 11. Earlier he also coached VGJ.Thunder and Invictus Gaming.

Elephant was formed last October and included some of the most prominent players of the region, among which were Zhang "Eurus" Chengjun with Zhou "Yang" Haiyang from Vici Gaming, two former members of PSG.LGD Lu "Somnus丶M" Yao with Xu "fy" Linsen, as well as Ru "RedPanda" Zhihao from Sparking Arrow Gaming.

Earlier this year the team competed in the Chinese upper division of Dota Pro Circuit – there they placed 5th and missed their chance to compete at ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021, however retained their place in the division.
