EPL 14: Gambit Win Group D, Playoffs Bracket Revealed
The group stage of ESL Pro League 14 has concluded. In Group D, two teams finished with the same 4-1 best score – Gambit Esports and Team Liquid. However, Gambit placed first due to their previous win against Liquid in the group’s second round. Thus, the Russian team will start the playoffs stage in quarterfinals.
Meanwhile Team Liquid will play in the 1/8, where they will face Fnatic. The final team that made it to the playoffs is Ninjas in Pyjamas, who finished Group D with a 3-2 score – in their first playoffs match they will play with mousesports.

The playoffs stage will be played from September 8th to 12th, following a single-elimination format. All regular matches will be best-of-three, while the grand-finals will be best-of-five. The bracket looks as follows:
Despite initial plans to be held in a studio, ESL Pro League Season 14 is being played online. The event features $750,000 in prize money and is part of Intel Grand Slam.
