Ethan Leaves EG to Join 100 Thieves’ VALORANT Roster
Ethan "Ethan" Arnold has announced his transition from CS:GO to VALORANT. The player has left Evil Geniuses and will represent 100 Thieves in his new discipline.
Ethan is a 20-years-old player, who has been competing in CS:GO since 2016 – during his career, he played for Counter Logic Gaming (2016 – 2017), NRG Esports (2018 – 2019) and Evil Geniuses (2019 – 2021). Shortly after joining EG, the player emerged victorious at ESL One: New York 2019 and StarSeries & i-League CS:GO Season 8, while last year the team won the American divisions of ESL One: Cologne 2020 and BLAST Premier: Spring 2020.
In 100 Thieves, Ethan will be playing alongside former CS:GO pros Spencer "Hiko" Martin, Nicholas "nitr0" Cannella and Joshua "steel" Nissan. To make space for Ethan, the organization has decided to bench Quan "dicey" Tran.
