Gamers Without Borders: ENCE Defeat NiP to Advance to Playoffs

Looks like the recent roster change in ENCE, when the team replaced Aleksi "allu" Jalli with Olek "hades" Miskiewicz, was to their advantage. The team has become the first to advance to the playoffs stage of Gamers Without Borders – they placed first in Group A after defeating mousesports (2-0) and Ninjas in Pyjamas (2-1).

Today the event will feature the conclusion of Group A – first, MIBR will face mouz (3:45 PM UK time) in the elimination match, and then the winner will face NiP (8:00 PM) in the decider series. Meanwhile the matches of Group B, which includes BIG, Dignitas, FaZe Clan, and FURIA Esports, will begin tomorrow.

Gamers Without Borders is charity event hosted online by ESL and SAFEIS on June 22nd – 27th. The teams are competing for a $1,5M prize pool – the money will go to the teams’ choice of charity.
