Group Stage Results of DreamHack Masters Winter 2020: Europe
Yesterday was the final day of the group stage at DreamHack Masters Winter 2020: Europe, which determined eight teams to compete in the playoffs.
In the final matches of Group A Complexity outplayed FaZe Clan (2-1), while Cloud9 defeated Team Spirit (2-0). Meanwhile, in Group B’s last series Astralis won against G2 Esports (2-1), while GODSENT managed to beat North (2-1).
The group stage featured two 8-team GSL groups with best-of-three series, where best four teams from each group advancing to the playoffs. The results are as follows:

The playoffs stage, which will follow a single-elimination system, begins later today. The first two quarterfinals, where Heroic will face GODSENT, while mousesports will take on Cloud9, are scheduled for 12:00 PM UK time. The final two quarterfinals – Gambit vs Astralis and FURIA vs Complexity – are scheduled for 3:30 PM.
The European division of DreamHack Masters Winter 2020 will conclude on December 6th with its winner receiving $60,000 in prize money and 400 ESL Pro Tour points.
