Guardian Becomes a Free Agent as his Contract with NAVI Expires

The Slovakian player Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács has announced that he is no longer contractually tied to Natus Vincere. He is willing to continue his career and will consider any proposals.

GuardiaN re-joined Natus Vincere in September 2019, however due to unsatisfactory results he was benched in January 2020 and replaced by Ilya "Perfecto" Zalutskiy. Since then he has been mostly inactive – last April he stood in for Dignitas at Flashpoint 1, where they placed 10th.

Recently GuardiaN called joining Natus Vincere his first regret in esports. The player noted that he should have taken a break after leaving FaZe Clan to recharge and gain new motivation. Instead, he joined NAVI way too quickly and was unable to perform up to expectations.
