Mousesports Win Snow Sweet Snow #3

Mousesports have become the champions of the third season of the Snow Sweet Snow event. In the tournament’s grand finals they outplayed the former Winstrike roster and claimed $40,000 in prize money.

Being one of the four teams invited directly to the playoffs, Mousports started competing from the quarterfinals, where they defeated SKADE (2-0), and later in the semifinals managed to beat Fnatic (2-0). The grand finals also concluded with a 2-0 score and featured two overtimes – mouz emerged victorious at both Nuke (25:22) and Dust II (19:17).

This is the first tournament victory for mousesports since they signed Christopher "dexter" Nong to become the team’s new captain. With the updated roster the team participated in IEM XV World Championship and ESL Pro League Season 13, where they placed 13-16th and 21st-24th respectively. The team’s next event is DreamHack Masters Spring 2021, which will be held from April 29th to May 5th.

Snow Sweet Snow #3 was played online from March 15th to April 7th, featuring 44 teams competing in four stages for a $100,000 prize pool.
