NAVI Eliminate Heroic from BLAST Premier World Final 2021

Heroic have become the first team to be eliminated from the ongoing BLAST Premier Final 2021. Yesterday they lost 0-2 to Natus Vincere in the first round of the lower bracket – NAVI managed to outplay their opponents at Mirage (16:6) and Nuke (19:15).

Earlier Heroic also lost 0-2 to Gambit Esports. Thus, the team failed to win a single map during the event and placed 7-8th, which gives out $15,000 of prize money. They will share the last place with either Ninjas in Pyjamas or Astralis, who will face each other later today (12:30 PM UK time).

Today we will also witness two semifinals – first, Team Liquid will take on Gambit Esports (3:30 PM), and then G2 Esports will play with Team Vitality (6:30 PM). The bracket looks as follows:

BLAST Premier: World Final 2021 is being played in Copenhagen, Denmark, in a studio environment. The prize pool is set at $1,000,000. The event will conclude on December 19th with a best-of-three grand finale, the winner of which will claim half of the prize pool.
