PGL Stockholm Major: VP, Entropiq and ENCE to New Legends

Another three teams have managed to make it through the first stage of PGL Major Stockholm 2021. In its fourth round Virtus.pro defeated Team Spirit (2-1), Entropiq managed to upset Heroic (2-1), while ENCE outplayed BIG (2-1). The winners of these series now have 3-1 scores and will continue the event in its next stage, the New Legends.

The losers of these matches meanwhile will play in the fifth round. There they will face the winners of the remaining matches of the fourth round, which will conclude later today. The fifth round will determine the final three participants of the New Legends Stage.

Earlier we reported that FaZe Clan and Copenhagen Flames became the first Challenger teams to advance to the major’s second stage.

PGL Major Stockholm 2021 is a LAN-event that is being held in Sweden. The first two stages of the event are played from a hotel, while the final one will be played at Stockholm’s Avicii Arena. The teams are competing for their shares of a $2,000,000 prize pool, with the winner claiming exactly $1,000,000.
