The group stage of The International 10 is over, with Chinese teams being on top of both groups – Invictus Gaming placed first in Group A with a 6-2-0 match score, while PSG.LGD are the leaders of Group B with a 7-1-0 score. Meanwhile Thunder Predator (0-0-8) and SG esports (1-0-7) finished last in the groups and were eliminated.

The remaining teams have been already seeded into the double-elimination bracket – four leaders of each group advanced to the Upper Bracket, while the teams placed 5th – 8th will compete in the Lower Bracket. Note that while most of the matches will be best-of-three, the first round of the lower bracket will feature best-of-one series, and the grand finals will be played as a best-of-five match.

While the playoffs stage will be played at Arena Nationala in Bucharest, live audience will not be allowed to the stadium due to a rapid increase of COVID-19 cases in the country. Meanwhile it is possible that some teams – like Team Aster – will compete from their isolated hotel rooms due to positive COVID-19 tests.
